For this tour we pay a morning visit to Doi Suthep temple, the most famous landmark in Chiang Mai.  They say you haven’t truly been to Chiang Mai if you have not visited this temple!  At the top of the temple you can view the pagoda made in the architecture style of the Lanna Kingdom and shining with real gold and jewels.  The pagoda is believed to enshrine the holy relics of the Lord Buddha.  A viewing platform also offers panoramic views of the whole Chiang Mai City.  Morning life at the temple is wonderful - the sound of temple bells, monks chanting and the fascinating view of Chiang Mai will fill your heart. 
 
We then head to Doi Inthanon National Park which encompasses the highest mountain in Chiang Mai.  Here you will get to touch  the rainforest and  visit two of the most beautiful waterfalls in Chiang Mai  including Mae klang  waterfalls where there are fewer tourists.  We trek downhill on a beautiful and scenic trail to the Karen hill tribe village where we spend time getting to know them.  Visiting the hill tribe village is very fascinating!  You will also get to the try the coffee they grow and harvest on the mountains. This trip is very nice; Don’t  forget to bring your camera for beautiful photos.
