Program 1 : Chiang Mai- Chiang Rai - Thaton- borders- The Golden Triangle.
Day 1 Chiang mai - Thaton
Leave the hotel at 8.30am . First stop is the largest Elephant Camp in Chiang Mai. Here you will get up close and personal with the Thai elephants. You will experience the relationship between the elephant and their mahout and also with people like yourselves. See the day to day care like bathing, how they sleep and how the mahout gets on and off the elephants. Could you believe the elephants can give a Thai massages, paint, play football and Yes! Even dance! Come and see for yourself how much they enjoy it, and you will too.
Have your camera's ready for great photo opportunities.
Then we will drive to the North of Chiang Mai to explore a cave usually only visited by local people, untouched by tourists our speciality. On the drive to the caves you will experience magnificent views of the country side at every turn. After visiting the cave we will go to where the minority live, "no mans land" they have no nationality as they live on the land between Thai and Myanmar borders (safe). If you have a heart to help people donations of food, clothing including jumpers and shoes would be greatly appreciated however this is a personal gesture and for you to decide.
We will travel down the hill from No Mans Land and drive up to the view point to enjoy the panoramic views of mountains , town and river running down to the golden triangle, we stay in Thaton Village overnight. This village is small and quiets a nice place for a short walk into town before dinner.
Day 02 hill – tribe experiences
Chiang Mai – Thaton –Chaing rai
Leave 08:30 a.m. Then head to mixed hill tribe villages including Long Neck Karen, after that we visit Mae Sai , the border town between Thailand and Myanmar to visit busy but magical market. Lunch at local restaurant. In The afternoon, move on to the great historical and magical land of Opium cultivation, smuggling and trade the Opium. Especially the Opium house will tells the story how it is as expensive as gold. Then we take the long tail boat along The mighty Mekong or Mae khong River ( the longest and largest river in Southeast Asia , it's more than 4200 kilometers long ) to Laos Island for resting and shopping Laos local products. On the way back to Chiang Mai we stop at the miracle white temple that found by Thai famous artist, ( one of the world's priceless works of Art & hot spring if we have time). Then come back to Chiang Mai in the evening.

Program 2 : Sight seeing - Nature - Hill tribe Experiences and Activities.

Pick up from the hotel at 08:30 a.m., then head to the south of Chiang mai to visit the lost city before fond memorial elephant riding and bamboo rafting ,on the way we drop by at the local market for you to experience Thai food and truits, you can also learn the culture and the local life style.
After elephant riding and bamboo rafting, we drive up to the highest Mountain “ Doi Inthanon National Park “ to visit the Great waterfalls, its beauty derives from the white water formed when the falling water hits the big rocks below, the large pool become an important source of moisture for the surrounding environment.
Lunch will be served at restaurant in The National Park. After lunch we drive up to hill –tribe market to buy some stuffs for our trek. Then we start hiking down hill to Karen hill-tribe village, it takes about 3 hours. If ones who are nature lovers. Do not miss this ! On the way to hill-tribe village one can enjoy different panoramic views of waterfalls, valley, paddy rice fields, mountains and hill-tribe villages.
